Manufacturing Quality

At Linear Transfer Automation Inc. quality is very important to us. Our highly skilled engineers and trade professionals are dedicated to continuous improvement and committed to product quality, ensuring that only the finest workmanship goes into each system.

All Linear Transfer Automation equipment is based on a quantified and proven design. They are constructed from precision-machined components that are designed for low inertia and moved on linear rail systems. The transfer arms are constructed of versatile, high torsion, aluminum extrusion or aluminum/steel tubing, depending on the application.

Testing

Finished systems are installed on configurable test stands in our production facility, to perform testing prior to shipping. Strain gauge testing to verify loads, speed testing with accelerometers, and data acquisition to record and compare results are all standard procedures. All equipment will undergo 100,000 cycle testing under full load, prior to shipment.
